The dance of the Pythons in Abia State, Nigeria is about to end as the military has agreed to pull out of the South-Eastern state of Nigeria. This was confirmed by the state governor who in his speech made it clear that the government under his watch will not tolerate any mischief or protests of any kind. He invoked the quote he swore to protect lives and lead the people of Abia State. So you can say that by Friday, 15th September 2017 Operation Egwu Ekeh II would be over after lasting a few days. This, also means that based on the speech by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, Nnamdi Kanu and his IPOB will rethink their activities which involve staged protests and rallies, all in the name of Biafran agitation.
Two quick questions;
Was the Operation Python II all an effort to shake up IPOB even though casualties have been sustained? For war situations, they call it Collateral Damage.
With the statement by the governor against any trouble in his state, what options are left for Nnamdi Kanu regarding the Biafran cause and the pursuance of it?
Lastly, what hand of Esau and the voice of Jacob are behind this scary events? Which parties initiated it beyond the Presidency and party lines for the sake of Nigeria’s non-negotiable unity?
All things being equal, by Monday morning the God’s Own State of Abia will be back to normal and traders back to their shops while the military goes back to the Barracks, where they belong. The dead will be mourned and the wounded will lick up treat their wounds.
But to the whole essence of this all, the genesis, the reason for such deployment; Biafra in the mind of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu which is to secede from Nigeria.
Will Kanu still continue his agitation the way he thinks is best which is to keep brainwashing youths to take up arms and burn down Nigeria? Can he still have the courage and good reason to call people to protest after many some paid the ultimate price? Or he will call them martyrs of the struggle? What other legitimacy does he have to call innocent and unlearned youths who have no knowledge of history to come to his house and pay homage to the Supreme Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra?
Or will Nnamdi Kanu realize that we are in a democratic setting and pursue a referendum diplomatically by law, work with South-East leaders and maybe seek an audience with President Buhari’s Federal Government?🙃😀
What will it be for Nnamdi Kanu’s Biafran and has the Python Dance achieved any aim of instilling fear in people especially innocent IPOB members?
What do I know, I’m simply a Restless Mind for Nigeria!
