Libya: “The Poverty is More Dangerous than the Journey”, Migrant

Libya has been in the news for these past days because of what can be described as slavery and the torture of migrants who leave the shores of Africa through Libya, the Mediterranean, Sahara into Europe, all for green pastures and better opportunities. Many people on social media have reacted to these; some saying that there is no justification to take such risks while some others feel that Nigeria has not offered a better choice for these ones.
